* consulting
* onboarding assistance
* software integrations

Once service delivery begins, resources and technical work are allocated.

For this reason, most services are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• payments are billed in advance
• subscriptions remain active for the paid billing cycle

Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

* change of mind after purchase
* failure to use the service
* platform restrictions imposed by third parties
* WhatsApp policy violations by the client
* suspension of accounts due to misuse

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

* a duplicate payment occurred

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of E-Q'zeen Inc..

5. Payment Gateway Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
